Challenge/Opportunity:

In 2016, Blaze Pizza was seeking a meeting and event company to manage their annual convention. They needed a partner who could provide full-service capabilities in-house. Over the years, Blaze Pizza had piecemealed creative, planning, and production services, but the management team became increasingly inundated with details, struggled to find time to focus on critical meeting content, and recognized that not having a centralized meeting process caused too much internal work. After interviewing several companies, they found ASE Group Inc. During the interview, they said, “where has ASE Group been hiding!”

Response/Solution:

As part of the full-service scope, ASE Group designed and executed a unique meeting experience for Blaze Pizza. Our collaborative approach included strategic messaging, creative direction, innovative formats, and flawless on-site execution. Our team helped them realign the agenda to give the attendees more time to network while allowing them the opportunity to hear everyone’s shared ideas. Not an easy task with hundreds of attendees in one room!
